"Well, I've been on a fixed income for a while, and I had Farmers Insurance for a number of years—probably more than ten. But every year, my insurance rates just kept going up. My Progressive auto insurance kept going up too, while my fixed income stayed the same. It just wasn't keeping up with the rising costs.
